Suggest me a book where the main character preferably female is very lonely

I’ve never read those other two but The Blind Assassin by Margaret Atwood is about a lonely old woman in her later years reminiscing about when she was young with her sister. Although the point of the book is something else, the author definitely hits on some themes of old age and loneliness.
