Suggest me a spicy romance book…

I’m stuck on what to read next, despite like 100 books on my tbr.

Edited to add: KU highly preferred, as I’m too broke right now to spend more than a couple £ on books!

Looking for a romance (either contemporary or high fantasy), with a protective/possessive MMC with ‘touch her and die’ vibes.

Things I love:
– one bed/one horse
– forced proximity
– fated mates (not necessary, just enjoyable)
– fake relationship can be fun sometimes too
– ‘mine’, ‘you belong to me’, that kinda vibe.
– must have good spice. Like 🌶️🌶️🌶️ minimum ?

Things I dislike:
– age gap (below 10 years is best for contemporary, less relevant if one or both are immortal/long lived like Fae or Vampire or whatever)
– friends dad, etc. nope.
– nothing too dark – not looking to read anything like haunting Adeline right now
– step relatives, adoptive or foster relatives, etc. big nope for me.
– no mafia romance
– no in-depth fantasy right now. All about the smut and romance
– no interest in small town/cowboy/single parent romances

Things I’ve liked recently:
– Twisted series by Ana Huang (love the MMCs vibes in these, but no interest in King of Wrath)
– ACOTAR
– What Lies Beyond the Veil series
– A Court This Cruel and Lovely series
– Gild series
– A Kiss of Iron series by Clare Sager (not interested in her other work)
– Stars and Shadows series by Holly Renee

I’m not particularly offended by anything other than what I’ve listed above, just want something fun and smut-heavy to keep me going the next week until I start gaming again.
Currently trying out a hockey romance but it’s not gripping me yet.
