Hello. I am a 28 yo female who grew up as a bookworm. I have gone through a lot of trauma & am finding that I still have a lot of anger and anxiety. I worry to the point that I don’t enjoy life’s moment much anymore. I’m very sad about my current mindset.
Hoping that I can find some books that will inspire me to have a more mindful & happy life. Nonfiction & fiction both welcome. Thank you <3
