Sorry if the Title is a bit hard to understand. Essentially I struggle with streaks of getting hung up on being productive. It's almost like if I spend time not reading a relevant non-fiction book, honing a skill (drawing, golf, competitive video games), or exercising, I feel like I'm wasting my time. I hope to find a book that helps me appreciate and understand a healthy balance of relaxation and how to incorporate that into the time I want to spend improving myself.
