Recently my family lost a family member. It was a murder suicide situation where their partner also attempted to kill her children. The children lived thankfully. Although they are suffering mentally and physically.
I dont really know where to start with grieving. I've always thrown myself into books. It's my safe space in a lot of ways. But I want to get past this in a healthy way and help my family. We all seem to be very anxious about one another now. I fear we may come off as overbearing.
Are their any books regarding grieving a lost loved one? Something related to domestic violence preferably.
