Playing Remnant, you travel to multiple realities that each have their own unique settings, environments, species, technology, etc. Are there any novels (stand alone or series) that are similar? I don't just mean like multiple versions of the earth we are familiar with, but completely different settings.
A series that comes to mind is Pendragon, which I read as a teen, but would prefer something more mature and maybe more mind bending.
Any genre is fine, high fantasy, horror, sci-fi, whatever.
