I started it just a couple days ago, 3 or so days. I've been trying to get back into reading and thought might as well give one of the best selling book series of all times a try. And oh man was I in for a surprise.
I don't think I've ever read a book this fast, Rowling's writing is sooooo good oh my lord, how does one make use of words in such an immersive manner.
I've always wanted to consider myself a reader but every book I've tried has always felt like a Hussle to get through, ig also cause I was trying to force myself to read non fiction and scientific works…..yk I love knowledge I want to be knowledgeable, and part of me as always considered reading fiction a waste of time, but then again I spend hours and hours on end watching anime and reading manga so it's honestly not that different.
I plan on continuing harry Potter and other fictional works, I want to start sabriel, the silence of the lambs and and then there were none alongside chamber of secrets. I want to replace everything from YouTube, movies and anime to reading books….I'll still keep reading manga tho cause well I'm a manga artist so.
Anyways I just wanted to share this excitement I've gotten for reading again.
Also I'd love to add some people on my Goodreads so we can talk books and the likes idk if I'm allowed to ask that here.
