Historical Fiction set in the Philippines

Just what the title says. I’m in charge of selecting books for our book club and we have a member from the Philippines. We’re currently reading The Island of the Sea Women which is really good and set in Korea. It made me realize that most of our historical fiction is European based, and I thought it would be fun to find something from her homeland. Interesting non-fiction is great too! Thank you in advance!
