I want equal parts horror and romance, ideally where the MMC is the source of both. I’m thinking less so Haunting Adeline and more like the dynamics between The Goblin King and Sarah in Labyrinth (without the uncomfy age gap) or Christine and the Phantom of the Opera. Fantasy recs are welcome, but so are contemporary. Thank you!
