Books that makes you want to take your backpack and go enjoy nature for a couple of months.
I really enjoyed the authors listed above, especially "Dans les forêts de Sibérie" and "L'axe du loup" from Tesson, "Que ma joie demeure" (Joy of man desiring) from Giono.
I've also enjoyed some of McCarthy's books for the same reason.
What other book/ author would you suggest?
