I LOVE stories that take place fully immersed in another culture and location.
For example:

Seams like Murder by tilly wallace
Any similar books that transport you to another culture or city abd is fun/easy to read?

You did not say what’s foreign to you..
They are mostly plays not books technically but Shakespeare’s stuff is entirely set it foreign lands I think. Haven’t read them all yet
