I've been in a reading slump for the past four years and really want to get back into novels, so any suggestions that would help me get back would be greatly appreciated.
I've been intrigued by the Shadow and Bone series and the Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo. I've heard reading the Shadow and Bone trilogy first might enhance the world-building and make Six of Crows more enjoyable. Any thoughts on that?
I'm particularly fond of enemies-to-lovers and dark romance genres. If you have any recommendations in those areas, or if there are other series or authors similar to Leigh Bardugo that you think I might enjoy, I'd love to get more suggestions to get over the slump.
