I thoroughly enjoyed Peter Speigelman's "John March" series of books back in the day.
I wasn't as pleased with Speigelman's other works after that.
I liked that it was an independent detetive, kind of ordinary person who was easy to relate to, not police or other offical type progtaginist. The mystery parts were believeable and reasonable. There wasn't too much or any death that I recall.
At the moment I am struggling to find something else to get into so I thought I would ask the reddit collective.
Titles of those novels in case you forgot or are not familiar:
– Black Maps 2003
– Death's Little Helpers 2005
– Red Cat 2007
Can you recommend me a good detetive mystery genre like those?
Thanks
