23 year old male here, who had a shitty mom that left us when I was like 15 or 16. I've had ALOT of problems from my her that I've just been unable to really face after all these years, and I really want to understand things better. I'm not even sure how she's affected me, but know I need to face these issues she's left me with to move on in life and finally feel like an actual adult, and not a hurt kid in a man's body. Could anyone please recommend me a good book about mother's who neglected or abandoned their boy, or just otherwise wasn't there?
