Psychology based book that focuses on changing patterns of overthinking or negative thinking
I’m looking for a book that helps people to change their patterns of thought. After a quick google “The Art of Letting Go” by Nick Trenton came up. Has anyone read this? Does anyone have a recommendation in a similar vein?
I recommend ‘The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck’. Helped me let go a bit of caring about things I can’t control. I’m still learning but it’s made me conscious of the root of some stress I can avoid.
