I love reading, and pretty much exclusively read, non-fiction. I have read countless books on productivity, leadership, and finance, mostly for work. I'm tired of them, and tired in general, and want something that teaches me to slow down and not be so caught up in the hustle culture (without it being explicitly anti-hustle culture{if that even exists}). I've heard about the concept of slow living and hoping someone has a good rec for a book on it. Thanks in advance.

Rest Is Resistance, by Tricia Hersey. I haven’t read it yet (I pretty much exclusively read fiction), but I’ve loved the shorter essays and interviews I’ve heard with the author!
