Are there any books that are adventurous with romance? (Bonus if it’s lgbtq+)
Like, really good and popular and if something traumatic happens to one of the characters, it’s actually talked about and not just brushing it off and actually addressing it and helping them?
So, if there are books with that with amazing plot, romance, characterization. Basically good anything.
Also, once again if the romance is enemies to lovers. (Not the toxic kind. Though it could be villain x hero but not toxic either. But not love at first sight please.)

*Clockwork Boys* and *The Wonder Engine* by T. Kingfisher is a D&D-esque adventure with a thief, assassin, paladin, and cleric travelling to Anuket City (*Clockwork Boys*) to try to find the source of the Clocktaurs and stop them (*The Wonder Engine*). Romance, great dialogue, snark, dancing zombie rats, and Kingfisher has *opinions* about paladins.
I’m not sure if you mean “adventure + romance” or if you mean “making interesting choices about the romance genre”?
