I'm looking for my next true paranormal, preferably something I can download on Kindle. I've read most of the Warren's books and some of Lyle Blackburn's. Haunting are fun and so are cryptic. Thanks.
I’m sure you’ve heard this before but be careful around the Warrens; their credibility has been greatly diminished.
– Phenomena by Annie Jacobsen is incredible and will completely change your view of the supernatural.
– Journeys Outside the Body by Robert Monroe – there’s mentions of Monroe in the above work. These are his journeys with astral projection.
These books aren’t exactly the most entertaining, but they will certainly bring you on a journey you didn’t know you wanted to be on… just take everything with a grain of salt because it’s heading down Occultist path and that’s not everyone’s cup of tea:
– The works of Allan Kardec
– Modern Occultism by Mitch Horowitz
– Consorting With Spirits by Jason Miller – this one is definitely the one that one must be careful with as it is certainly a manual on how to work with spirits and demons… but it’s also strangely very entertaining, just remember that it’s just a book.
