Later this week, I'll be visiting a family friend in the hospital and I'd like to read to him. After a medical emergency, he can't open his eyes or speak but can hear us and make some movements in response. He's around 75 and I don't know what he likes to read or listen to, but I know he likes to fish.
Any ideas? I was thinking short stories since I doubt he's up for a full novel.
