I was re listening to this book on my audible and enjoyed the writing and characters all over again and would really love to hear from other readers what they thought of it. What character did you feel drawn to or enjoyed?
I was particularly taken by Kay who was basically connected to all of them by a story line and felt very sad for her. The betrayal by Helen is done in such an interesting way that I almost feel pity for her the way she was caught like a fish by a hook by her own intrigue. Viv on the other hand, although having had a terribly tragic plot line made me very irritable. She is not exceptional in her thinking for the time period but she often put me on edge with her choices and her views.
