Hi, I'm looking for new book recommendations! I'm a girl in my 20s and by no means an aficionado, but I've enjoyed books like: My Year of Rest and Relaxation (Otessa Moshfegh), Yellowface (Rebecca Kuang), Jaded (Ela Lee), and Little Fires Everywhere (Celeste Ng). I've heard good things about the Neapolitan Novels (Elena Ferrante).
I found books like Eleanor Oliphant and Tomorrow x3 okay. Not so keen on dime a dozen beach reads, with the overdone unreliable narrator, and twists for the sake of being shocking (Apples Never Fall, The Guest List, The Last Mrs Parrish, I'm Sorry You Feel That Way). And no Dolly Alderton please!
