Due to a fairly severe injury, I will be stuck in bed for the rest of summer—I’m super bummed and feel a dark mood creeping up.
it really sucks because I usually get rid of stress by pushing myself physically and now that’s a nonoption. My meds won’t let me drink either.
Could you give me recommendations for books “to keep away the darkness?”
Tbh, I’m just really sad, I don’t even know what I want to read… something uplifting? something about human goodness? ehh
