I know it's maybe a bit silly on the surface (to atheists and other non-Christians and non-Jews) to say that due to how well written the KJV is in English, which was from around 400 years ago, there's added validity to the idea that a man once lived who could turn water to wine, walk on water, died and resurrected 3 days later, etc. Many wouod scoff at this. But I was having a discussion the other day and he was saying how since the KJV is pretty widely considered the most beautifully written work in the English language over cebturies upon centuries of writing in Modern English, there must be something at work. Certainly, the KJV is astounding. It's massive, and utterly gorgeous throughout. As humans have never managed to surpass it in scope, magnitude, prose, thematic depth, etc, this may mean there are inherent limitations to our capscity to write, that maybe we simply are atomically incapable of writing or producing any sort of work which rivals the Bible in beauty, and maybe that was by design
