I read in short bursts of about 15-30 minutes when I have time. So I prefer books that are divided in to short chapters where each chapter has no relationship to others, i.e., they can be read independently. Examples would be short stories, books about mental models or books about important historical events. I like continuous life-long learning. So I would prefer books that helps me learn a broad range of topics. But I am also open to mind-bending short stories – the kind of stories that get you thinking for hours on end and make you question your assumptions. Thank you for any suggestions.
