I've just finished H&EGS by James McBride, which I loved, by the way, but my question is who is on the cover of the book and what is tucked under his arm? Maybe there was a description of a character with a blue cap that I missed; I admit I pretty much devoured the book so I may have overlooked the answer. Thank you, close readers.
