I find a lot of fantasy series have so many characters that I usually forget about their name or their relevance when they reappear. (happen in other books as well, but fantasy series especially, but the other genre characters are usually easier to remember due to using names that I am familiar with).
And obviously if you have to look up every time you see an unfamiliar name you will have to look it back up, and that just ruins the flow. Especially bad when they name drop a name in a plot twist/important plot point and I dont remember what they did! Those are the worst.
Anyway, any epic fantasy series that dont do that?
