I was thinking about revolutionary books, I would like a better version:
Pedagogy of the oppressed: We could really use a more accessible version of this.
I and Thou: We could use a secular American version of this.
Buddhism without Belief: We could use a more accurate Buddhist scholar writing this.
The Sexual Politics of Meat: Instead of Frankenstein, use popular culture that would include Showgirls (1995).
The Culture of Narcissism: One that is aware enough to normalize narcissism and still call out it's excesses.
Spiritual Materialism: Written by someone who wasn't… I'm not going to say anything negative.
