Hi all! In a bit of a book hangover and looking for some suggestions on what to read next. Can be adult or young adult, romance focused or not, as long as there is a a cool fantasy/fantasy adjacent world, a neat magic system and a complex female main character.
Some books I've read recently and loved:
- Winternight trilogy – this is my ALL time favourite
- Emily Wilde's Encyclopedia of Fairies
- A Darker Shade of Magic
- Folk of Air trilogy
- His Dark Materials
- Ninth House
Books that have been recommended to me that I didn't enjoy:
- Uprooted
- The Night Circus
- Starling House
- The Hurricane Wars
