A dickhead but incredibly smart person, or atleast flawed in someway, detective, engaging thrilling story. Good characters.
I'm sure the first recommendation is going to be Sherlock Holmes the book series but I hear he isn't as flawed in the book(I also just downloaded it), I just love the vibe of the movie.
