Can anyone who’s read this let me know if I should push through and finish?
I’m about 52% through and really struggling for some reason. I’ve read her other book, The Way the Crow Flies, and it’s actually one of my favorites – so I’m not sure why this one feels so difficult to get through. I’m kind of losing patience with how most scenes are through the distorted perception of someone very young and a lot of things are only alluded to. It feels silly to give up on it when I’ve gotten this far though.
