The Spear Cuts Through Water by Simon Himenez. It’s beauty will haunt you.

The Legends of the Condor Heroes by Jin Yong. They are epic and hilarious and have some of the most mouth watering descriptions of food every penned. The protagonist is the himbo to end all himbos.

Circe by Madeline Miller, for the same reason as The Spear Cuts Through Water

Anathem by Neal Stevenson is a big thicc philosophical sci-fi novel that is mind bogglingly intelligent.

By Force Alone by Lavie Tidhar. Very weird King Arthur retelling. Simultaneously more historical and fantastical than any king arthur story you’ve probably ever read.

      Central Station by Lavie Tidhar.

The Book of the New Sun by Gene Wolfe.

      Blindsight by Peter Watts
