(22f) I’m looking for some books I can read and maybe just get myself into a better head space to take back my life. I’ve been in zombie mode for years, Ive been working and that’s it, hardly any friends, no hobbies, my bf even hates how unproductive I am, all I’m good at is chores and making sure everything we have is taken care of and doing finances. I need to learn to heal my past traumas and really start living outside of my own head.
Really anything to do with taking control of your life, definitely relationships and how to be more assertive, how to stop repeating bad habits with bad people, how to be overall more happy and have a more positive mindset. I do really well with real examples
