So it’s the second book in a series, meaning you’d be advised to start with the first book (“The Wee Free Men”). But “A Hat Full Of Sky” by Terry Pratchett is a book about a young witch confronting a monster that’s basically the personification of over-thinking. I definitely felt seen when they described the monster’s mindset.
