And I really enjoyed it overall. It wasn't perfect for me 'cause there was a little bit in the middle that I wasn't very into, but the good stuff here was really good. I plan to reread it sometime, as it seems like the kind of thing that would improve over repeat readings.
My question for those who have read it: what were your favorite chapters? Mine were two earlier ones–the one with twins Mary and Alice and the one written as a series of letters from the painter to the writer.
