I don't know if it's just me but it feels a lot of the modern fantasy series with female protagonists are quite brutal and violent. While there's nothing wrong with that I really want to read some adventures where problems are solved with cleverness, trickery, or even good old communication and kindness.
Also while I don't mind romance I'm looking more for proper fantasy adventurse rather than romance being the focus.
Since I've been on a web novel binge lately, basically I'm looking for something with The Wandering Inn sort of vibe as opposed to A Practical Guide to Evil.
