Hey yall, so my mom loves to read and ideally loves action/thriller or spy novels. Things like Jack Reacher, Harry Bosch, Bourne, Lincoln Lawyer, Spencer for hire,(all the books not the shows although she likes those too). She just finished the Cuban affair and hated it.
She likes a bad boy anti hero who ultimately is a good guy who doesn’t like authority but gets the job done. It’s not that it has to be a male main character. She doesn’t enjoy when female characters are just stereotypes come to life or underdeveloped. Any and all recs appreciated!
