Looking for historical fiction recommendations on genocide. I've read quite a few HF books based on WW2, but feel free to list your favorites. I would like to find something surrounding the Aremenia Genocide, or Holodomor the Ukrainie famine.

It’s based on a real story but reads like a novel – “The Last Green Valley”, about an ethnically German family in Ukraine fleeing the soviets and the Nazis at the end of World War II
Also, a memoir from Rwanda that’s a page-turner: “Left to Tell”
Red Famine: Stalin’s War on Ukraine by Anne Applebaum
