Hi! I'm looking for a new book or a stack of books to read. I'm quite picky and currently in the mood for fantasy, preferably urban fantasy. I enjoy Neil Gaiman's books, especially "Good Omens," "Neverwhere," and "The Ocean at the End of the Lane." What I love about Gaiman is his cleverness, well-crafted characters, and their relationships.
Another favorite author of mine is V.E. Schwab. Her "Shades of Magic" series is absolutely fantastic. The concept of parallel Londons and her wonderful, intricate characters, with all their problems while a thrilling story unfolds, is truly impressive.
I also appreciate beautifully and well-written books. And not that into YA (coming of age books).
And yes, I've already read: Terry Pratchett, Erin Morgenstern, Philip Pullman, Ursula K. Le Guin, Naomi Novik, Susanna Clarke and Douglas Adams.
