Romance book with flowery, poetic writing

I don't really enjoy reading books that have overly simplistic writing, like how many YA romance books are. I would like something that flows really nicely, while also employing the use of beautiful prose and writing. Preferably more modern, as I have already read a lot of the popular, older classics with romance that people usually recommend.
