I've always loved reading, but only read my first proper Romance genre book last year (crazy, I know) A friend introduced me to People We Meet on Vacation and I've been hooked since.
I've tried a few different types, but found I LOVE Emily Henry books, the Seven Year Slip and I devour Ali Hazelwood books like no tomorrow. I think it's the plotlines/careers that really made me love the authors I just mentioned, but also the 'enemies' to lovers but in a cute way?
So all in all, I'd say not overly spicy (not that I'm against it, happy for spicy recs if you think I'll like it!) I'm just very overwhelmed by the amount of Romance books out there, and also all of the tropes etc. I tried a monster smut book that a friend recommended and.. it was okay, just not my cup of tea, so maybe recs without sea monsters to begin anyway haha.
To sum up – I'd love some recs that are similar to the aformentioned authors, but also happy to explore and figure out what tropes I like.
