Ok so the title pretty much covered it all. I read After by Anna Todd a couple months ago (don't come at me I know they had a toxic asf relationship but I couldn't bring myself to stop reading it). I'm looking for another book with a MMC like Hardin. So he should have childhood issues/trauma and is a generally dislikable person but he tries to be good for MMC (this doesn’t need to happen right away n I don’t really mind if he doesn’t have a redemption arc – the more toxic and unpredictable the better). As long as MMC isn't physically abusive (no r*pe or dubcon either) to FMC I'm fine with whatever screwed up shit he might do or say.
