Any recommendations for books for someone who doesn't really read? My mind wanders when I'm reading books, less so with audio books but still a little bit. Don't mind if it's fiction or non fiction but way prefer straightforward writing rather than overly flowery language and constant descriptions! I wouldn't be crazy about mystery solving or anything complicated. Kind of want something written in a factual or conversational style, where if I tune out for a few pages it's no big deal. I'm out of practice reading for sure but the lack of concentration on books has been a life-long problem!

My go to book rec for people who want to get into reading is Holes by Louis Sachar, because it appeals to all ages, has really short chapters, and is super engaging!
