I started reading ACOTAR last year and had no idea about the spiciness in it. I definitely got very into the books and I’m not going to deny that I DID like the spicy scenes.

But again, I never started reading these books because of that.

My husband though says that it’s porn and that’s really thrown me off. Is it considered porn?
There are so many books out there that sound SO good but then I find out that they have “spicy” stuff in it and it bums me out.
Is it bad to read those things as a Christian? Especially if that’s not the reason I’m reading them?

I just feel like calling it porn is a bit of a stretch but I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ I’ve been conflicted about this for months.

It’s definitely a type of pornography but no there’s nothing wrong with reading it. Yall Christians are too uptight. Jesus fucked too.
