What is a book that you didn't really enjoy when you were reading it but now that you have finished it and a few or many days have passed, you can't stop thinking about fondly?
For me, it's Hamnet by Maggie O'Farrell. I finished it a couple of weeks ago. I didn't really enjoy it while reading it. There were many things that I wish were done differently. I did enjoy some parts of it, especially the last 10 pages or so. The last 5 pages decimated me emotionally. I wish the whole book was like that. However, since I finished it, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it and oddly enough, missing it. I think I might give it another go a few months later.
