First of all, not looking for drama and nothing happened. Im just going through therapy and realized that this is one of those things that is probably very valuable to explore.
On a YT channel I often listen to, Who Dies (Levine) was recommended, but the style isn't for me, too close to esoteric stuff. I connect much better with Oliver Sacks-like "scientific but very very human" kind of approach. Like if a clinical psychologist were to specifically write about patients they were with and who were dying, for example (keeping it real, but also sometimes kind of analytical)
Any suggestions there, thanks!!
