I've bought some physical books recently, but quite a few of them are not my taste, and it feels like a waste. I like to read physical books, but buying them feels like a gamble. How do you know which books to buy?
I have kindle for $11.99 per month. You can borrow up to 20 books at a time and once you’re done you return them. I love psychological thrillers so I go through a lot of them. I also look at reviews and the synopsis. Self help I usually buy a physical books. You can go to used bookstores once you have decided what to buy- hope this helps

I buy all of mine in a physical bookstore. If something looks interesting, I read the first few pages. I can usually tell if I’ll like the author’s writing style.
