    Hi all,

I love speculative fiction and have recently really enjoyed books where the narrator either doesn't have or isn't forthcoming with all of the information. Often this is coupled with feeling of something being wrong or off in some way.

Examples I've read recently would be Piranesi by Susanna Clarke, Our Wives Under the Sea by Julia Armfield, Elsewhere by Alexis Schaitkin, The Echo Wife by Sarah Gailey, or even Sea of Tranquility by Emily St. John Mandel or Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead by Olga Tokarczuk (not speculative fiction but fits the narrative bill).

I like an eerie lil snack of a book that gradually lets you in on the things lurking under the surface. Help me find more!
