Specifically looking for stuff that takes place in a low tech era where all the "magic" is actually hyper advanced tech from a fallen civilization. So sort of post-apocalyptic tale without anyone realizing there was an apocalypse. Anything similar to this is welcome as well! Thanks!

The Book of the New Sun by Gene Wolfe
The Book of Koli by MR Carey, and its sequels. It’s a few centuries post apocalypse, starts in a village/commune of a couple hundred people, reverted back to pre industrial revolution era tech,aside from a few pieces, in the hands of the leaders.
