I used to be a HUGE bookworm. I enjoyed the Erin Hunter series, read them up until the end of Omen of the stars and when they finished Survivors. During my mid to late teens I read ACOTAR, some of Throne of Glass, most of the Defy Me books, some stand-alones like Red Moon Rising and A Madness so Discreet. Some of my favorites include The Outlaw by Alan Janney, The Lunar Chronicles, Monster by Frank E. Peretti, The Circle Series by Ted Dekker, etc.
I also liked Nancy drew and other mystery series. Unfortunately I have not picked up a book since 2020 due to life being absolutely bananas.
I'm looking for something a bit heavier, maybe a psychological horror/thriller. I enjoy darker themes and twisted plots that leave you wondering wtf you just read, but in a good way. I'm also down for action, heroes(or villains… Please villains).. Not too spicy, I want story not a smut novel. I would very much enjoy something that can get you hooked with beautiful writing and strong characters. Detail but not too much, I don't need to know how a character's pores feel about the weather lol! Drama, suspense, sadness, happiness, betrayal. The juciest of plots! Throw em at me! Please and thank you <3
