I’m struggling with depression and anxiety, I love reading but I’m struggling to focus while I’m adjusting to my new medication and finding it frustrating. I usually read non fiction and love going down wormholes researching books but I feel like I’ve run out of steam. I’m going on holiday in a week and I’d love any recommendations. Also open to fiction- maybe short bursts type of stories? If anyone else has had the same problem and has any advice it will be much appreciated as I miss reading so much! Thank you
